Birkdale village is also located on the McDowell Creek Greenway, which provides walking and nature trails for residents while preserving the water quality of nearby McDowell Creek. Birkdale Village was developed by Crosland, Inc. The design team included Shook Kelley, The Housing Studio & Land Design.
